    We accept most major forms of payment - namely credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) or online checks. To enroll for the courses, or to take the practice tests, you must pay the listed cost in full. Once this has been completed, you have full access to the site.

    Once you have successfully paid, you will be prompted to create a unique username and password. Much like using your personal email, this information will act as your site key, so be sure to have it written down somewhere. Through using this site key, you will have access to all necessary educational materials that come with your purchase.

  • Accordion Selector How do I receive my certificate of completion?

    So you completed the course - congratulations! Surely proof that you have completed it is paramount to your licensing process, and we have found a way to streamline the process. We will mail you your certificate of completion via first-class mail to the address you provided. However, if you are pressed for time, it is encouraged to sign up for next day delivery of your certificate.

  • Accordion Selector Do the practice tests count towards my licensing?

    No. The practice tests have been developed solely as educational tools. You are allowed to take these tests as many times as possible - in fact; it is highly encouraged to do so. If you take notes on subject matter you may be having difficulty with, it will help you better remember that material come test time. The only test that has any weight on your licensing is the actual examination.
